Turning a Workplace into a Learning Centre

In response to the Skills Development Act and Human Resources Strategy requirements of turning

every workplace into a learning centre, the RBIDZ has developed an Internship Policy that serves as a

compass for the Internship Programme.

The programme enables the RBIDZ to attract students who have successfully completed their studies

and those who are required to undergo experiential training to complete their formal qualifications.

Even though the programme is aimed at capacitating the interns with on-the-job-training, a competitive

Stipend is paid to meet their basic needs.
